Refund Policy

We offer a generous free version so you can evaluate SpellRightPro before upgrading to Premium. If Premium isn’t right for you, refunds are available under the terms below.

48-Hour Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your first Premium purchase or renewal charge. After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable.

Eligibility

• Initial subscription charges (monthly or annual) and automatic renewals are eligible if requested within 48 hours of the charge time.
• Refunds are limited to one per customer per subscription plan to prevent abuse.
• Promotional/discounted purchases are eligible under the same 48-hour window.

What’s not refundable

• Requests made after the 48-hour window.
• Accounts with repeated refunds or clear abuse (e.g., mass exporting content then refunding).
• Fees charged by your bank or card provider (foreign exchange, chargeback fees, etc.).

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to support@spellrightpro.org from the account’s email address.
2. Include your name, account email, approximate charge time, and the last 4 digits of the card (or Stripe receipt ID).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future charges. Access remains until the end of the paid period. We don’t prorate or credit unused time after 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution.

Local laws

Certain jurisdictions provide additional rights (e.g., statutory “cooling-off” rules for digital content). Where required by law, we will honor those rights even if they differ from this policy.
