1. Who we are

“SpellRightPro” (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides spelling practice and related premium features.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium is a recurring subscription billed via Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply.

• Renewal: Renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Trials: If a trial is offered, you’ll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

4. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The app, code, UI, and content are our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app while subscribed.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party services (e.g., Firebase and Stripe). Their terms also apply.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 6 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
